Our rugs are handcrafted using carefully selected fibers. Light shedding may occur during the first few weeks of use and will gradually decrease over time.

Vacuum regularly using a vacuum cleaner without a brush, always following the direction of the pile. Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear. Handloom rugs may be cleaned using a water-extraction vacuum cleaner (wet vacuum), following the equipment manufacturer's instructions and avoiding excessive moisture. Ensure the rug dries completely after cleaning.

In the event of spills, blot immediately with a clean white cloth without rubbing. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to moisture. Do not use robotic vacuum cleaners. Keep the rug away from pet accidents and avoid placing heavy furniture directly on the rug. Protective pads under furniture legs are recommended to help prevent indentations.

With proper care, your rug will retain its beauty, texture, and quality for years to come.

All rugs are shipped through a third-party carrier, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days once dispatched. Installation services are not included. Any product changes must be requested through your sales advisor within 48 hours of receiving the rug. Products must be returned in their original packaging, without physical alterations or signs of use, and are subject to a physical inspection. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
